Sauce & Source is a design consultancy dedicated to strategy, customer journey and stunning creative.

We’re a tight knit group of minority men and women bound together by a passion for strategic marketing and creative solutions.

We value working in collaboration and equally celebrate individual strengths. The diversity (neurodiversity, skills, ethnic background, education, age, socioeconomic etc), equity and inclusion within our agency is a central component to our capacity to deliver incredible results for each other and our clients.

Established by two completely opposite best friends in 2018, we affectionately named the agency Sauce & Source.

Since establishing the agency we have had the joy of working with over 50 clients across 10 industries. The diversity of our portfolio is a result of our tailored approach, which considers the unique personalities and industry sectors of each of our clients.

We ensure that each of our clients has direct access to at least one of our key personnel (as pictured below). We firmly believe that building long-lasting and valuable collaborations requires a personal dedication to delivering intelligent advice, innovative ideas, and stunning design.

Carina is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Sauce & Source, leveraging over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations across multiple industries. Her ability to empathize with clients and strategically "walk in their shoes" has been instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes for every project. With her expertise in marketing, Carina has played a pivotal role in transforming our clients' brands, generating results that exceed expectations.

Candice Zialcita

CREATIVE PARTNER & CO-FOUNDER

Candice is a Co-Founder and Creative Partner at Sauce & Source, bringing over a decade of experience in marketing, graphic design, and post-production to the team. Starting as a graphic artist more than 10 years ago, she worked her way up the ranks to become a Brand Development Manager in corporate companies before establishing the agency. Candice is now a highly skilled brand strategist with exceptional attention to detail, offering a unique perspective and innovative ideas that have helped us to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Her ability to conduct thorough market research is unmatched, making her an invaluable asset to the team and our clients.

Fannie Guanzon

As a highly experienced Director with over 25 years of management consulting experience across various industries, Fannie has demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills, helping clients achieve their goals through a combination of strategy, execution, and innovation. With her keen analytical abilities, Fannie has been able to provide valuable insights that have enabled clients to optimize their operations, increase profitability, and drive growth. Her extensive experience working with clients in diverse sectors, including (but not limited too) healthcare, commercial real estate, not-for-profit, government, FMCG and technology, has given her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses today. Meet Natalie, our experienced Business Development Consultant at our marketing agency. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Natalie has gained expertise in various aspects of business development, including market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership building.
Natalie has worked with a range of clients, from startups to established companies, across different industries such as e-commerce, technology, healthcare, hospitality, and retail. Jo Hannah's passion for art and design started at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years.
